Metal Partial Frameworks

Partial dentures with a metal base, or framework, are a popular alternative to all acrylic partials. The metal framework is typically made of a cobalt-chromium (CoCr) alloy or medical-grade titanium, both of which offer exceptional strength and durability.

Turnaround

Metal framework* -- 7 days
*options for wax rims or limited set-up for wax try-in

Wax try-in -- 1 to 3 days

Final processing -- 1 to 3 days

Features

Partial dentures incorporate a strong metal framework into the denture base. This metal framework makes the denture more resilient and durable without adding extra bulk. Using CAD/CAM software, TDL technicians custom design the framework to your specifications to fit the patient's mouth precisely. The framework is 3D printed using Selective Laser Milling (SLM) technology, which can produce precise and intricate designs with exceptional accuracy. After ensuring an optimal fit, we then add premium denture teeth and gum-colored acrylic resin to create the final restoration.
